Note: Items specially ordered for you can only be returned if defective or damaged. If you simply ordered the wrong item, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Inspection Procedure for Returns
Once we receive your return, we carefully inspect the items to assess their condition and verify if they can be resold. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged, without any markings or labels. If the items meet these criteria, we will issue a credit note and refund your purchase via the same payment method you originally used. Refunds for iDEAL, Giropay, Bancontact, SOFORT and credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Purchases made by bank transfer will be refunded via bank transfer.
The entire returns process typically takes no more than one week.
